EASTER AT ST. MARK’S COMMUNITY CHURCH

April 5, 2026

Worship Center | 9 & 11am

Traditional Service in Chapel | 8:30am

Join us this Easter as we talk about the powerful impact of authentic, Regifted Grace!

Our world functions on the basic principle that you should get what you deserve. Yet on Easter, we each receive a gift that we simply do not deserve—grace. And with it, a new life marked with abundant joy, everlasting hope, and a peace that surpasses our understanding. This gift transforms the way we look at the world around us, because unlike other gifts, the grace of Jesus Christ is meant to be regifted freely.

Children’s Easter Program

For those who are new to St. Mark’s Community Church, welcome—you’ll find something for the whole family here! During both of our Easter services, children are invited to participate in age-appropriate environments where they will experience the love of Jesus through caring leaders—and a whole lot of fun!

Holy Week Art Workshop

On Monday, March 30, all are invited to reflect creatively on a moment from Jesus’ journey to the cross, creating a collage to tell a personal interpretation of the story. We will use colored paper, tissue paper, and text fragments to express related emotions, themes, and symbols. The workshop encourages contemplation, imagination, and artistic freedom, helping participants connect faith, storytelling, and visual art in a meaningful way.

Stations of the Cross

This self-guided prayer experience on Wedneday, April 1 will allow you to follow Jesus through 8 Stations of the Cross, where you will meditate and reflect on His walk towards crucifixion.

The Chapel will be open all day for you come and engage in this solemn and meaningful expression of solidarity with Jesus Christ, God’s son who willingly gave Himself for us all.

Seder Meal

Join us Thursday, April 2 for a special Seder experience, exploring the story of Passover and how it points to Jesus. This will not be a full meal, but a guided, symbolic journey through the traditional elements of the Seder table.

This evening will help bring new depth to the story of God’s rescue and the roots of our faith. This is a family experience with no childcare—everyone is welcome!

Good Friday Service

Join us April 3 for a special Good Friday service at 6:30pm in the Worship Center as we recognize the sacrificial love of Christ through communion, hymns, and a brief message.

During the service, we will have kids programming for infants through 5th grade.

Spring Fest Family Event

On Saturday, April 4, invite your friends, neighbors, and family and join us for a fun-filled Spring Fest for the whole community! This free event will include photos with the Easter bunny, cookie decorating, crafts, and a showing of the movie King of Kings starting at 3pm!

This is the perfect afternoon to invite friends, bring neighbors, and celebrate spring as a community. We can’t wait to see you there!
