  • St. Mark’s Community Church is searching for a full-time Early Childhood Ministry Director to lead our ministry for children from birth through Kindergarten. This role is all about creating a safe, joyful, Jesus-centered environment where kids can grow and parents feel supported. If you love tiny humans, thrive in organized chaos, and light up at the idea of helping kids discover God’s love, we’d love to meet you!

    What You’ll Do

    You’ll shape the vision for our early childhood ministry, lead and encourage an incredible team of volunteers, and create engaging Sunday and midweek experiences for families. You’ll partner with parents, oversee curriculum, champion safety, and make sure every space, from the nursery to Kindergarten, is ready for the next family walking through our doors.

    Who You Are

    You love Jesus and want kids to know Him too. You have experience working with young children and leading teams. You communicate well, stay organized, and keep a cool head even when a toddler is melting down, a crayon is being eaten, and a volunteer is asking where the glue sticks went… again.

    Why It Matters

    Early childhood isn’t babysitting, it’s ministry. We believe these first years are some of the most spiritually formative in a person’s life, and we’re committed to giving families a place where they feel known, supported, and encouraged.
