Feed the Hunger (FTH) is an evangelical mission organization founded in 1968 to feed the spiritual and physical hunger in the needy. We have a specific focus on at-risk children, crisis settings, and where the Gospel is just beginning to be shared. Our mission is achieved through strategic partnerships with Christian leaders in America and overseas. FTH connects these needs to interested individuals and churches in America. Through partnership with churches like SMC, these leaders can effectively reach so many more people.

Important beliefs that guide Feed the Hunger:

• Everything we do has the Great Commission and eternity in mind.

• Being a trustworthy steward with whatever the Lord temporarily entrusts to us.

• We see ourselves as an extension of the church, not a replacement for it.

• We cannot help those in need without concerned followers of Christ who will:

  • Pray for our partners and their ministries.

  • Participate in food packing events called Packathons

  • Go with us on a domestic or overseas mission trip.

  • Give resources in ways that will make an eternal difference.
