We are gauging interest in a potential trip to Greece, Macedonia and potentially Italy in the spring of 2027. Please read the following information, and take the survey below if you are interested.
The trip would be led by Pete, a local guide, and a New Testament scholar. We would primarily focus on primary sites of Paul’s missionary journeys as well as Ancient Greek and Roman culture, and take a short visit with Pastor Sina our Missionary partner in North Macedonia.
Typical Day:
Site Visits: Each day will be marked with 1-3 site visits. These visits will provide a teaching tour of museums, archeological sites and some tourist attractions. These site visits will be done together with the full group.
Teaching: Throughout each day, we will have opportunities to hear from Pete and other pastors about the biblical relevance of different locations, as well as devotional encouragements during your time away.
Travel: Greece is mountainous and spread out. Each day will have between 2-4 hrs of bus time. While on the bus we will receive valuable teaching from our local guide, Pete, and other pastors, as well as time to rest and recover.
Meals: The majority of meals will be shared together with the full group.
Free Time: The majority of our evenings will be free to explore the cities and local restaurants. Additionally, there will be other times throughout the week to explore tourist sites and souvenier shop.
Cost: The cost is very much in flux at this point as travel and flights are very difficult to project. However the typical range is between $5,500 and $7,000 per participant.
What’s Included: All travel expenses (flights, hotels, bus, tour guides, site fees) and the majority of the meals (Breakfast and Dinner everyday, Lunch some days).
Dates: We will be targeting late March or early April, 2027.
